Multilateral rules for international competition law?
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to analyze the international dimensions of competition law. Ways in which to solve issues related with the cross-border aspect of business conduct were analyzed under national competition laws. Policy options and the choice of objective of cross-border competition law were also examined. Results indicated disparities between the in principle case for a multilateral competition law and difficulties to its development.
