Evidence of qualitative learning-by-doing from the advent of the "talkie"
Article Abstract:
Research into the learning-by-doing analysis is given in regards to the motion picture industry from 1925 to 1941. The research rejects that the transition to sound pictures resulted in a fixed increase in film quality, but rather that the quality increased with the producing studios sound experience.
