Functional equivalence between intertemporal and multisectoral investment adjustment costs
Article Abstract:
Two types of adjustment cost specifications, one, which specifies intertemporal adjustment costs, and other, which specifies multisectoral adjustment costs are described. A functional equivalence between these two specifications is demonstrated.

What determines aggregate returns to scale?
Article Abstract:
The technology of constant returns to scale in a monopolistically competitive market produce positive profits. When fixed costs are not allowed to vary, the degree of returns to variety determines the degree of aggregate returns to scale.
