Hairstyling aids and home perms/colourants
Article Abstract:
The demand for hair products in the United Kingdom is expected to fall in the year 2000 as young people between the ages of 15 and 24 decline in number. Hairstyles in the 1990's have not required much styling aids although more people are colouring their hair which has supplemented demand. Products for haircare are very popular because people wish to ensure that their hair remains healthy and looks good. 12 million pounds sterling worth of home perms were sold in 1995.
