Inadequacy of technology and innovation systems at the periphery
Article Abstract:
Building innovation systems at the periphery can be better understood by a dialogue between the concept of inadequacy of technology and the concept of a national system of innovation (NSI). The formation of welfare systems and NSIs is a response to modernization-marginalization polarization.

A review of works of William James with respect to pragmatism and experimental psychology are discussed. Modern economists perception of pragmatism is in two ways, one, as an evolutionary philosophy of knowledge and two, a foundation of theory of human nature.
