Industrial policy and competition policy: problems of interaction and lessons for Russia
Article Abstract:
The problems of interaction between industrial and policy frameworks including the possibility of their simultaneous application in Russia are addressed. Contemporary economic analysis and international practice conclude that it is not possible to achieve sustainable economic growth based on innovations without using both forms of economic policy and the tools appropriate to them.
