The Politicisation of EC Anti-dumping Policy: Member States, Their Votes and the European Commission
Article Abstract:
The article examines disagreements that emerged during the 1990s among nations of the European Community regarding anti-dumping laws. It is posited that these disagreements are at least partly responsible for the sharp decrease in the number of anti-dumping investigations in Europe since 1999.
