Policy forum: New Keynesian economic policies
Article Abstract:
A discussion of papers related to New Keynesian policy was undertaken to assess its impact on macroeconomy. In Assar Lindbeck's paper, New Keynesians were praised for their contributions in advancing understanding regarding macroeconomy. Lindbeck specifically made a discussion on literature contributions involving involuntary unemployment. In Philip Arestis and Malcolm Sawyer's paper, a presentation of a policy framework associated with attainment of full employment was undertaken.

Financial development and economic growth: assessing the evidence
Article Abstract:
Economic development and financial reforms vary from country to country and assessing evidences for charting economic programs should be done with regards to individual country specifics. Cross country regressions vary primarily due to differences in institutional and policy considerations and these, along with the use of time series methods, may well determine the relationship between economic development and liberalization.
