Searching for the value-subtraction in the Russian economy
Article Abstract:
The proposition that Russian nominal prices were distorted to support bankrupt sectors that was the foundation of virtual economy is analyzed. The input-output table is recalculated using shadow prices and the sectoral value-added is determined as the difdeconomic ference between the total sectoral revenue and intermediate costs.

In search of the liquidity effect in Ukraine
Article Abstract:
The results of an investigation done to check the plausibility of negative interest rate reactions to exogenous monetary expansion called as liquidity effect with reference to Ukrainian economy are presented.
