Transition to fully funded pension schemes: a non-orthodox criticism
Article Abstract:
A critical assessment of the influential neoclassical notions on the acceptance of compulsory fully funded (FF) pension schemes, instead of unfunded pay-as-you-go (PAYG) kind of scheme, is presented. Social security, capital theory, Sraffian economics, etc. are also discussed.
