The financing of Georgian education
Article Abstract:
The size of the education expenditure, the recurrent shortage of funds, World Bank loans and the political sensitivity of the issue in Georgia is studied in the light of financing the same. The fiscal inequalities between raions and the effects on education finance are analyzed.
