The political economy of gender disparity in musical markets
Article Abstract:
The Role and functioning of women within the music industry is examined from a broadly economic perspective, which starts from standard notions of biological differences and theories of discrimination. It is observed that well-known females in jazz are expected to become singers than composers or instrumentalists.

The concept of routines: some clarifications
Article Abstract:
A study on the organizational routine is presented and methods for improving it are suggested. It is concluded that in order to be effective, the terminology in routines must be clearly defined. The problems in understanding routines are also identified and the areas that need to further analysis are highlighted.
