Trade policy in a small advanced transition economy: Trade Policy Review of Slovenia, 2002
Article Abstract:
The article acknowledges the need for trade policy improvements in Slovenia, but posits that most of the issues driving the need for improvements would be mitigated or eliminated following Slovenia's European Union accession in 2004. Government support to certain industries such as agriculture should be reviewed within the context of the Doha Development Agenda.
