Transgenic organisms and the failure of a free market argument
Article Abstract:
A counter-argument is presented to assertions that market restrictions for genetically modified organisms are unethical. It is posited that since there are many moral issues surrounding genetically modified organisms, it would be best for firms to cease attempts to enter these restricted markets and instead devote their resources to products that do not raise moral issues.

The association among bribery and unethical corporate actions: an international comparison
Article Abstract:
Research indicates that significant differences exist in perceptions of ethical and unethical behavior across cultures, using as a scenario a corporate executive offering a bribe to avoid a speeding ticket. Participants from Spain, Ireland, and Canada found the actions in the scenario to be less ethical that did participants from the US.
