Turkish Semi-Sweet Delight
Article Abstract:
The military generals holding power in Turkey permitted an election which resulted in a parliamentary majority for the Motherland party of Turgut Ozal. The generals party, National Democratic, received the smallest voting percentage. Mr. Ozal's policies have brought growth and productivity to the economy. The elections represent a positive step toward democracy.

Article Abstract:
Drunken driving by youth is an area of concern in the United States. At issue is the differing drinking age in neighboring states. One solution would be a higher, uniform drinking age for a region.
