Understanding the inventory cycle
Article Abstract:
A study of the inventory cycle is presented. The study is based on data from United States and other Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development countries. Factors like business cycles, stock outs, demand shocks, and production smoothing are also discussed in the context of inventory cycle.

Invesntory cycle is really inportant to understand to judge the movement of the stock markets. As an investor the sharpest short term rallies are due of to the turn of inventory cycle.
