An aging world: A new focus of foreign aid
Article Abstract:
Foreign aid has traditionally focused on communicable diseases and the needs of mothers and children. The focus of foreign aid should change as fertility rates are dropping throughout the world, and chronic alignments such as diabetes and heart diseases are spreading throughout the world placing a great strain on healthcare budgets in developing countries.
