Freedom on the front line...for now
Article Abstract:
An overview of the political system in Sudan, the dangers faced by political protesters and the apparent freedom that some academics have to speak freely. Some academics claim that they are free to speak their mind in the classroom but others state that this is not because of any enlightenment on the part of the government, it is simply that they are too busy dealing with other problems to persecute the academics at the moment.
