Universities must pay attention to the service they provide to everyone, including students, staff, parents and the local community, as well as being environmentally responsible and supporting staff to volunteer. Several experts recommend that university managers need to keep their promises to their 'customers', be accessible, and listen to and act on any feedback they receive.
