London's reorganisation beset with financial woes
Article Abstract:
Financial difficulties are delaying the ongoing program of the University of London to refurbish specific buildings earmarked for occupation and to cut down on its administrative structure. Delays in gaining building consent are also slowing down the renovation of the historic Senate House in the university.
