Lone horse whose name became a byword for genius
Article Abstract:
A profile of Albert Einstein and how his name has become a byword for genius is made in the light of the 100th anniversary of the publication in 1905 by Einstein of five separate papers that had a profound impact on the scientific community. It is argued that Einstein's desire to reach goals that he could only barely achieve through his greatest efforts is something that everybody could learn from.

Not crazy after all these years
Article Abstract:
Vivienne, the wife of poet T.S. Eliot for 17 years, is profiled. Particular attention is given to the reasons why Eliot had his wife committed to a mental hospital after they separated in 1933. It is argued that she had a range of problems, including drug dependency and anorexia, but that she was not insane.
