No sex please, we're stressed
Article Abstract:
University staff make more serious professional errors, have less sex, are more likely to resort to drink and suffer more health problems as a result of overwork and stress when compared with workers from other professions, according to an analysis of a work-life balance survey conducted by The THES and Natfhe, lecturers' union. The survey revealed that 30% of education workers feel that overwork often leaves them too tired for sex, compared with 26.1% in other professions, and that 53.6% of education workers are so busy that they even come into work when they are ill, compared to 38.2% in other professions.
