No stranger to fall-out
Article Abstract:
United Kingdom Official Nuclear Historian Lorna Arnold supports the claim the nuclear industry is too circumspect which has had an adverse effect on its relationship with the general public. Some people in authority tried to make Arnold omit parts of her book, on the fire at the Windscale nuclear plant. She believed the workers were unfairly blamed for the incident. Arnold supports continual debate and open discussion about the nuclear industry. She is writing a book concerning the history of the H-Bomb. Arnold was a diplomat prior to being recruited by the nuclear industry, in 1958.
