Article Abstract:
Universities are becoming increasingly aware that they have an important role to play in development. It is now time to consider how universities nurture and tailor the leadership potential of their students. In particular, universities should use the power of education to address the confusion about ethics which is so widespread in modern society. Higher education cannot afford to remain silent about the most important issues in today's world if it is to be seen as worthy of funding.
