A happy and healthy workplace reduces staff turnover, increases loyalty and commitment and improves morale, productivity and working relationships. Tips for establishing an office environment that is physically, emotionally and mentally congenial and beneficial are provided, which include paying attention to employees' health and well-being, planning comfortable workspaces and provision of regular breaks for employees.
