The notion concerning the demise of the working class has been the result of the changes concerning the work force. The average age of the work force has declined. It has become more educated and more ethnically diverse. Moreover, these differences reflect changes in the work environment itself.

Dissing the middle class
Article Abstract:
The American middle class has much to be thankful for compared to other economies in the world. Food in different varieties is abundant. Clothes and gadgets are ordinary items whereas other less fortunate economies such as Ethiopia are plagued with war and famine.

There are three variables that lead to the upcoming rise in the middle class income. These are the decline in the labor force growth, a higher educational achievement and the age and experience factor of the workers.
