Freedom via education is not a flight of fancy
Article Abstract:
The new chair of the British Council puts forward the aims and objectives of the organisation. It is noted that education has long been at the heart of everything the Council aims to achieve and it is argued that the Council can help attract foreign students to the UK as well as helping to boost learning worldwide.
