Article Abstract:
An analysis of the findings of the Sodexho/Times Higher Education Supplement survey of university lifestyles. The survey reveals that the popular stereotype of the carefree student who cares as much about his social life as his academic performance bares little relation to reality, and that students are pre-occupied with the costs of their education and their post-graduation job prospects.
