Customer loyalty low among electricity consumers
Article Abstract:
Most electric consumers in the US are dissatisfied with the quality of service rendered by their utilities, particularly with the price rates they offer. Survey results revealed that although competition among utilities increased in 1997, customer satisfaction has considerably dropped.
