Egg-shaped Hi-Fi speakers
Article Abstract:
Fujitsu Ten Ltd introduces its egg-shaped home-use Hi-Fi speakers that are based on time domain theory. Time domain theory originated from the needs to reproduce sound as close as possible to the original, reproducing correctly the time-phased process of sound from its very early stage of its phasing out. To take advantage of the full capabilities of the speakers, they will be offered with a power amplifier. The firm has two prototypes, namely a 12-cm model and an 8-cm model. The 12-cm model will be available for $1,364-$1,818 per pair, and the 8-cm model will cost $909-$1,364 a pair.
