Article Abstract:
A survey revealed that only 80% of consumer electronics (CE) buyers consider their in-store shopping experiences good or excellent while 89% said the same about their online shopping experience. S tore owners should assess how much their store service has improved compared to their online counterparts. The importance of e-commerce is highlighted.

Gear up for action-packed CES
