Rebound set for mid-1980s after drop in sales stunt growth
Article Abstract:
Overall 1982 is a year of negative energy growth. Industrial sales will recover slowly only to reach 1981 sales again over next two years. The outlook for residential sales is gloomy also, mostly due to increasing use of energy efficient appliances. Large price increases for users will continue into the 1990's.
