Sharp's MD-ST66 MD headphone players
Article Abstract:
Sharp has introduced the MD-ST66 MiniDisc headphone player and the MD-MT66 portable recorder. The MD-ST66 can operate continuously for 21 hours using a standard rechargeable battery and for 56 hours with AA batteries. On the other hand, the MD-MT66 has shuttle keys on both sides that control operations. It can record continuously for 15.5 hours or play for 30 hours when its built-in rechargeable battery is combined with AA batteries.

Denon's Lapisia E MD players incorporate 3-disc changer
Article Abstract:
Nippon Columbia Company Ltd, the manufacturer of Denon products, launched in Sep 1999 its Lapisia E series of MiniDisc (MD) players, which boast of a 3-disc MD changer, enhanced sound quality and revamped recording and playback capabilities. Equipped with seven stand-alone systems and optional equipment, the Lapisia E series is comprised of the Y52,000 compact D-M3E, the Y74,000 D-M10E and the Y97,000 D-M3EMD models.
