ASD Awards $42.4 Million Contract for T-46A Simulator
Article Abstract:
Under the terms of a contract with the Aeronautical Systems Division (ASD) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Reflectone Inc. will design and manufacture six T-64A Operational Flight Trainers. The contract is valued at $42.379 million. Reflectone was also awarded a three-year maintenance contract valued at $4 million. The simulator will teach basic flight and instrument procedures to undergraduate pilot training students.

Aerial Refueling Trainer Subcontract
Article Abstract:
McFadden Systems Inc. is under contract to develop and build a Position Control System (PCS) to be used as part of the Visual System in a U.S. Air Force C5A-C141B Aerial Refueling Part Task Trainer (ARPTT). The aerial refueling simulator can duplicate in-flight situations. McFadden will furnish a variable control loading system to the cockpit contractor. A diagram illustrates the simulator.
