Continuous process improvement the Quick Step way
Article Abstract:
Companies can use the Quick Step process to improve efficiency and product quality and reduce costs. The process focuses on reducing the time between the receipt of an order and the receipt of payment. Elements of the process include continuous workforce training, management commitment to continuous improvement and publication of results. The implementation of the process by refrigeration equipment manufacturer Copeland Corp is discussed.
