American Institute of Chemical Engineers member Joseph J. Santoleri was given the IT3 Pioneer Award at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers' 26th Annual Conference on Incineration and Thermal Treatment Technologies. His contributions to the development of waste management technologies for industry applications are discussed.
