Article Abstract:

Approaches to quality management will have to evolve rapidly in the 21st century in response to rapid changes in the global marketplace. Quality is being driven by significant human behavioural changes, with people developing new views about how they can improve the quality of the way they work and purchase goods and services, and by the fact that quality has become a very significant management concept. In the increasingly competitive business environment, the only way to secure the visibility of quality growth is to constantly extend it.
