Professional development for women ChemE faculty: COACh seminars and reception at Reno

The professional development program for the women chemical engineering faculty sponsored by the Committee on the Advancement of Women Chemists and Chemical Engineers (COACh) would be started in Reno. It aimed at training these women engineers to develop a kind of strategic rather than reactive behaviors required for successful negotiations.
