Quality in banking starts with four assessments: methods can inspire upper management action in most organizations
Article Abstract:
A quality assessment can give a bank valuable information about its performance in terms of quality and highlight activities that have a substantial effect on customer satisfaction, internal quality improvement, company culture, employee satisfaction and operating costs. Particular attention should be given to the cost of poor quality and to customers' views about the relative importance of the attributes of service. It is also important for quality matters relating to employee satisfaction to be addressed in sufficient depth to genuinely assist in quality improvement.
