The learn-use-train-facilitate system
Article Abstract:
The implementation of total quality management (TQM) relies greatly on the satisfactory communication lines between management associates. The principles and techniques involved in TQM must be disseminated to associates to facilitate their education on quality. The learn-use-train-facilitate system enables the communication and education of individuals. The process will create a chain reaction whereby people become knowledgeable enough to teach other people in return.
