Article Abstract:
Architects Diplock Partnership were given the task of designing refurbishment work on the corporate office entrance of the British Telecommunications PLC Tower, London, England. The project cost 1.53 million pounds sterling and incorporated the auditorium, reception area, a cyber cafe and an exhibition area. Light and Design Associates designed the lighting for the area. The project included a number of innovative luminaries, such as K2, a new blue light produced by Custom Light. Electrical contractor J M Nash had only eight weeks on site.
