The impermanence of knowledge
Article Abstract:
The reflections on the ephemeral nature of information with books in libraries, which used to be a venerable social institution is presented. Libraries threatened by the World Wide Web where all the information is available on fingertips with a searchable index making the nature of information and knowledge very impermanent is also outlined.
