Cluster analysis as a quality management tool
Article Abstract:
Cluster analysis is a statistical method applicable to homogenizing a big number of different items into more cohesive groups. The method can be employed in quality management for the classificationof similar components or processes that react to standard factors. Physical dispersion can hamper the identification of process variations but the cluster analysis can single out the more important reasons and causes for the variations.

Western managers are known for immediate responses to corporate problems but they usually lack the patience and discipline that go with long-term project completion.
