The end of spectrum scarcity

The onset of new technologies that use radio spectrum more efficiently and cooperatively, unleashed by regulatory reforms, which may overcome the spectrum shortage, is discussed. An insight into the reasons for the past era of spectrum shortage and the impact of living in an age of spectrum abundance is also presented.
