Traceable thermometer

Article Abstract:

Control Co has started offering a traceable thermometer that displays minimum and maximum temperatures and the exact time and date at which the temperatures occurred. The thermometer, which can be used for monitoring solutions, refrigerators and room temperature, is sold with a flip-open stand for the bench, a slot for wall mounting and Velcro to attach to any surface. The thermometer is touted to have an accuracy of plus and minus 1 degree Celsius.
