Trap keeps production lines operating longer
Article Abstract:
MV Products has introduced the MV Multi-Trap Model IC inlet and exhaust trap for gathering solids in chemical vapor deposition and metal etch processes. Unique features of the high-capacity trap, which is built from all stainless steel, include water-cooled internal coils and two customizable filtration stages so condense and gather heavy particulates. The trap also contains more than 500-cu in of space to collect solids.
