Where will they fit in?
Article Abstract:
The employment outlook for quality professionals appears bleak as successful organizations of the future will neither have quality departments nor provide job titles with the word quality. Quality professionals will have to adapt themselves to becoming a part of the organization's value chain and adding value rather than cost. They will have to reshape their existing positions in accordance with the organization's future needs. Customer-sensitive, knowledge-creating and agile enterprises will use quality professionals to improve business performance.
