Carbon dioxide reduction - a noble cause, but a challenging task
Article Abstract:
Policy analysts, decision makers, climate change researchers, engineers, economists and scientists should band together to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2), a colorless and odorless gas that is a major contributor to greenhouse gases (GHGs). The US, in particular, should spearhead GHG and CO2 mitigation efforts, since it contributes 36% of GHG production in Annex 1 countries and has one of the highest CO2 production levels per capita.
