Importance of using multiple sampling methodologies for estimating of fish community composition in offshore wind power construction areas of the Baltic Sea
Article Abstract:
The significance of the different sampling techniques that are employed for studying the fish community composition in the offshore wind power construction areas of the Baltic Sea is examined. The analysis shows that the results obtained from such techniques should be extrapolated and accompanied with visual census for more accurate estimation.

Swimming behavior of roach (Rutilus rutilus) and three-spined stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) in response to wind power noise and single-tone frequencies
Article Abstract:
The article explains the impact of the single-frequency sounds and wind power noise on the swimming behaviors of roach (Rutilus rutilus) and stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus). The examined species of fish are shown to be accustomed to the sound and the windmills present at the sea.

Offshore windmills and the effects of electromagnetic fields on fish
Article Abstract:
The article discusses the impact of the offshore windmills and the underwater electromagnetic fields produced by their electric cables on different species of fishes. The electromagnetic fields are found to highly affect the spatial patterns and the physiological aspects of the fish.
