Hot air and Chardonnay don't mix

Only eleven percent of Americans drink wine. America will never be a great wine drinking nation unless wine becomes more popular. It does not help that some wine drinkers criticize certain popular wines. Wine preference is a personal decision that should not be derided by others.

Youth is in, maturity out
Article Abstract:
Wine lovers of the past used to speak wistfully of older vintages and how much better they were than young wines. This has changed. Wine enthusiasts of today are likely to wax poetic over a 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon and look forward to drinking current vintages.

Rare Cabernets
Article Abstract:
Wine lovers were able to taste old Cabernet wines of Beaulieu and Inglenook. Wines of 1955, 1959 and 1966 were poured. A 1955 Inglenook was excellent, and a 1966 from the same winery was also good. BV Private Reserve wines were also good.
